Storm Riders II Movie Review

The Storm Riders II is back now!! Wind and Cloud will fight with a ruthless Japanese warlord intent on invading China. So, Wind, Cloud and their allies must level-up their martial arts to eradicate the invaders. The process of leveling up their skills is fraught with life-threatening risks to themselves and their loved ones.






















My sisters and I bought the tickets for my dad because this movie is my dad's favourite..I remembered that my dad also watched the movie 'The Storm Warrior' before this...After we watch this movie at Mid Valley, I am really boring with this movie because I can say WIND and CLOUD's action are good but..it is not very amazing story. I think that the part of scene is very like 300 movie, but it also have graphic art... I really don't like the effects, such as speed, darkness and alot of blood out when they are in the war..lol! That is why many computer graphic are in this movie! For me, WIND is not enough to be evil!

When it come to the ending, they focus on WIND and CLOUD's action only. They always fighting each other after they kill a powerful enemies...I felt that they are very show off about their skill of kungfu when they are fighting each other! So, they are 'cool'! :P Sometimes, I don't understand what is about this story... :) The ending is not enough good because I felt this will continue to another movie again. What about you? This is really good or not? :D I still prefer The Storm Warrior!

After "UP" movie, I went to the Sunway Pyramid to watch the movie "Where got Ghost?!" (mandarin) on last friday after my work. Suddnelly, it fully booked so FULL already! O_o Why it always like this? I tot it is not popular but many people want to watch this! It make me no choice...So, I chose G-FORCE movie because we are lucky to get the empty seated because no one come to take reservation seat! :D

G-FORCE is 3-D family action-comedies centered on elite, high-tech, computer-animated animal agents. They are 'cute' team of guinea pigs armed with most sophisticated and high-end tech gadgets as the weapons such as the plasma gun and others, especially I like them about the guinea pigs ride in 'cute' balls! ^ ^ I like it! They also are brave and decide to take a mission about their enemy's objective are destroingy the world with his home appliances. So their question is how he would do it. Later, I am surprised that the film showed that his remote-controlled home appliances will all fly together and amalgamate into a mighty metallic robot with semblance to a 'Transformer'!! Haha..

But, I wonder how guinea pigs, and mole can communicate the language with the human? O_o I know that they trained so very well but, hamster, mouses and quinea pig also can communicate too at outside.. Weird :P Wow, they also use a fly as 'spy'!! It is an interesting! My eldest sis sure will hate the bugs if she watch this movie! Haha. They are very small size but it is very challenge for them when they face the FBI agents and robots! :P

It teach you kids about learn to trust someone you loved in your family, treat the animals so nicely, NOT bully them! :) and don't choose 'evil' path to take revenge.. :) G-Force is a perfectly timed movie for the holiday 'hari raya' that the kids enjoy to watch with family~ :)

Ice Age 3: Dawn Of The Dinosaurs

Summary

Manny, Sid, Diego, and Ellie are back in this third film in the computer-animated Ice Age series! Manny and Ellie are expecting their first baby, while Sid the sloth tries an unconventional way of starting a family that gets him into trouble. With all this talk of babies, Diego might be losing his saber-toothed edge, but a journey to save Sid may just turn the whole group into heroes. In addition to all that adventure, it wouldn’t be an Ice Age film if Scrat weren’t on a desperate hunt for an acorn, but he might get distracted by a shapely female squirrel.

You watched the movies: Ice Age 1 and 2 before? I remembered that Manny, Diego and Sid are very funny while they are on their jounery! I like the character, Manny because he also acted like funny, stupid, brave and love to help his friends. :D I think that this movie "Ice Age 3" is friendly film that will make your children laugh. Wow! Dinosaurs also come into this movie?? I think that Ice Age is come after Dinosaurs Age because the dinosaurs already passed away in years before the ice age.. That is why they try to make some interesting about a part story about dinosaurs have been living in an underground cavern just under the ice!

There is a really crazy character, Weasel Buck! He are very funny, crazy and always love to hunt the dinosaurs than Sid! :P Maybe he will replace Sid? hehe He is with Manny,her wife, Diego and two stupids while they are looking for Sid. And other scene, Scrat the squirrel and a newfound love are beginning! They always fight over a nut..I love it! :D You better to watch this movie if you want to see what is a stupid squirrel doing with his newfound love!

Monsters VS Aliens

When a meteorite from outer space hits a young woman and turns her into a giant, she is taken to a secret government compound where she meets a ragtag group of monsters also rounded up over the years. The crew of monsters are called into action to combat aliens and save the world from imminent destruction.

Mostly, Monsters VS Aliens used for the IMAX 3D version in Mid Valley, Times Square and others.. I don't know why but I think that the kids love to watch 3D movies..I am really disappointed with this animation because I thought an alien will send a lot of robots that will destory the human and monsters..Susan and monsters fight with a robot in the short time only.. :P I like cool 'robot' but an alien is ugly and looks as very stupid.. :P It is normal story about the government hiding monsters, aliens attack Earth, monsters sent to fight aliens. All's that only. Easy?

Wah, Susan changed into giant so suddnelly, it like the story of 'Wonderland’s Alice' undergoing the same experience inside the White Rabbit’s house! There are some really good laugh out funny scenes..They will make the inevitable bonding of the lovable characters as they get to know each other and save the day...The kids will love it. ;) It is suitable for family and kids only.

Sorry, Monsters VS Aliens in IMAX 3D don't have subtitles. :(

X-Men Origins: Wolverine

THE SUMMARY

The story flashes backward to a boy named Thomas Logan makes a shocking discovery about his family bloodline and having Victor as his brother in process. A century later, the mutant siblings battling side by side through two world wars and Vietnam -- where they are sentenced to death for killing a commanding officer. Yet they survive and they are invited by Major William Stryker to join a top-secret government task force.

When their targets begin to involve innocent civilians, conscientious Logan decides to leave this task force and builds a home in the Canadian Rockies with Kayla Silverfox. Informed by Stryker that the members of his old team are targeted for death, Logan then is heartbroken when Kayla is killed by Victor. Vowing revenge, Logan undergoes an operation to reinforce his skeleton with adamantium, a virtually indestructible metal to defeat Victor.

Subsequently betrayed by Stryker, Logan sets out to find Victor and stop the cycle of violence once and for all. Along the way, he is joined by fellow mutants John Wraith and Remy LeBeau. Wolverine finally returns for his own origin story. ^^ Compared to the X-Men trilogy, he looks so physically different. Seems like he lost weight so much or am I just imagining? XD According to Wikipedia, he is said to being underwent a high intensity weight training regimen to bulk up for his role, changed the program to shock the body into change and also performed cardiovascular workouts. No wonders it's so obvious to see the difference of Wolverine's in films.

Hmm, what I like about this movie mostly is the mutants. Ah, I mean the actors and actresses do portrayed the mutants very well. Not like the X-Men trilogy, the mutants can perform their power very better and effective, especially in the combat during the invasion of the headquarters of a diamond trafficking operation in Nigeria. Their actions could beat my adrenaline to full factor satisfaction. I was such amazed by their way of combat. Yet, the outcome was very great beyound my prediction.

Hey people, it is not like the boring X-Men trilogy, you ought to give it a chance to watch this movie yourself!

Kamen Rider Decade

THE SUMMARY

The story reveals as in Natsumi Hikari's dream, there are the Rider Army that consisted of many Kamen Riders, all of whom where seemingly defeated by a figure called Kamen Rider Decade. It's all about Rider War.

Waking up from her dream, she has to help her grandfather Eijiro to deal with unsatisfied customers. However, Natsumi know who is the troublemaker, so she goes to see Tsukasa Kadoya who is a man without the memory of his past.

Soon, various holes in everywhere open, allowing the weird monsters rampaging their world. In the bedlam, Natsumi finds a corroded belt and book, recalling it as Decade's from her dream. Tsukasa demands Natsumi to give him the belt and book thus he transforms into Kamen Rider Decade.

They are told by a mysterious man that their world is being superseded by the nine Kamen Rider's world and they must go to their world and defeat the other Kamen Riders to save his own world. Their journey is joined by Natsumi's grandpa and Yuusuke Onodera @ Kamen Rider Kuuga and Kivala of Kiva's World.

Hmm, although I never follow up the previous Kamen Rider series before this Decade, I am kinda blurred about each of their world such like the type of monsters, Kamen Rider's abilities etc. Haha XD Yet, I find its story is very interesting. Why? 10 Kamen Riders!!! Wow!!! They travel to every World to meet Kamen Rider. Not only 10 Kamen Riders, there are extra minor Kamen Rider from some of Worlds included newly introduced Kamen Rider Diend. o.O It's reasonable on why it is all about Rider War.

When I first time watched the Kamen Rider Decade, his helmet design really didnt' resemble beetle at all to me. It's very weird and ugly. -__- Hahaha... As I know, the helmet of Kamen Riders are usually designed after beetle. After browsing into Wikipedia, I learnt that Decade's helmet design is based on striped shield bug... Oh, it then becomes more much logical after all. XD

I think Tsukasa is more mysterious person as he can't remember who he is, where he comes from but he is able to remember how to transform into Kamen Rider Decade and use Decade's abilities. Not only that, he also know the type of monsters from each World. He also always brings his camera everywhere. The photos that are captured are often not clear or blurry. What's the real use of this camera? That makes me more curious about him!

Race to Witch Mountain

Wow, the children are the alien?! O_O Cool..they have their own abilities..I think that it like the "Heros"..You will see this movie by yourself! :P

When Jack discovers the children’s true identities and their missions to save Earth! An alien army are on a mission to hunt down the kids...I thought that an alien solider is alike as the children..But, noo! His face is very ugly! >_<

The Tale of Despereaux

Wow, this story is happened between human and rats/mouses only. Weird, they love to eat soup so they respect and enjoy to celebrate the soup festival. Pity a rat because many people thinks it as dirty...They want to kill it because king never forgive the rats! But, it also involved with mouse's world. I surprised about mouses stay in the holes of buliding but the rats also stay in the underground! The mouses give a warning about don't go deep to the underground.. For them, who is guilty or evil that will catch by the police mouses..They will kick out a mouse into the underground and never return to their world again.. Funny, the police mouses are very scare of a rat! HAHA!

Cute? he is baby with big ears! I believe that a little mouse will appear as a great big hero! — a wonderful moral for any children’s book. The story he reads is a fairy tale about a sad princess and a brave knight, an adventure that periodically springs to expressive life because Despereaux never heard about 'brave', he visualizes it so we can see it too. That is why he always love to do challenges in his life..

About Despereaux try to fly with used his both ears, it make me remember the Disney: Dumbo Movie since we kids used to watch this movie! It is very cute and funny! XD The message is honesty, sympathy, courage and forgiveness are the keys to lead you live happily! That is why the human learn their lesson; forgive what others doing their mistake and learn about the positive thinking.. For me, it is very suitable for the children and teenagers! :)

Red Cliff 2

If you don't understand about the Red Cliff- part 2, you try to watch the part 1. Red Cliff is seriously very well produced and it really can compete with those Hollywood produced movies. In fact it may even be better than some… Directed by John Woo, you bet this is a good movie! Wow! This movie is about Chinese history, particularly in those days when the three kingdoms existed in China!


I like their action because it is an interesting historical drama with great action shots and intelligence of stratgery! For example, Zhuge Liang must think about how to get back 300 arrows in 3 days and they defeat Cao Cao by using the fire battle with Cao Cao's ships! I like the character, Zhuge Liang, the master tactician who was a farmer - a simply brilliant strategist who helped Zhao Wei and Liu Bie & his brothers because most of chinese people knew him as most brilliant scholar in the Three Kingdom history...I highly recommend you to catch this movie!

I surprised when this battle looks same like the sea battle which I played in the Dynasty Warriors game (GBA)!

THE SUMMARY

I went to the Mid Valley for watching 3D Bolt Movie..The price is RM 17 adult, i think so. I used the glasses 3D to watch this movie! :D Sad, this 3D movie don't have subtitle.. if you want the subtitles, you can go to watch the movie Bolt, not 3D..

Bolt is the star of a TV show, though he doesn’t know it. The pooch has been raised from childhood to believe he’s a superhero so, it remind me that it like similar story “The Truman Show” movie. Bolt is unaware that hidden film crews follow him wherever he goes. In this movie, the animals to talk to each other, but humans hear only barking or meowing..

Pity a black cat named Mittens! She is funny because she forced to follow Bolt.. She always got lot accidents while they are on the journey to Hollywood..Why? Because Bolt believe that all cats are in with the brute who kidnapped his friend, Penny..

Bolt wants to learn more about what he faces the reality than TV show while they are on the journey..Finally, he realized that he should act like normal dog that Penny wants to pet after he saw the owner and dog play together as always..He learned the advices from Mittens and a hamster teaches Mittens about humanity at same time..Bolt make me remember my dog, Nikki...Nikki alike as Bolt? :P Answer: No? or yes? Hehe!

I think that it bring the meaningful message to everyone.. They should think the animals' feeling and want to treat them so very well before they will go to heaven..

Superhero Movie

Like a series of Scary Movie, this Superhero movie is freaky comedial and superb crazy. XD This story has absorbed certain element from the original stories such like Spiderman, Batman Begins, Fantastic Four and X-Men but adapted into different element such like those element being added with a new element such like sexual element. Oh my, this is gonna be crazy if you watch this. No no, I didn't mean the real sex intercourse. This is very funny which includes certain celebrities and their real-life actions such as Tom Cruise's scientology video and Barry Bonds' alleged use of steroids. It's another of the best medicine to cure your sorrow. Why not laughing of loud as you can? =P

Wanted

THE SUMMARY

In my opinion, this movie is like The Matrix. O_O I didn't mean that both movies are completely same. The similarity between them is the gravity control. =D In Matrix, they can move upside down at will. But for Wanted, they can set the movement of bullet change direction abruptly like a curve, not straight one. This is the craziest action I ever watched!!! XD

Anyway, I really like the special effect in this movie.. This effect is really unexplainable and very full of motion, making me become frozen in a second and feel like I am in this movie. Not like other action movie, their action are just done harshly and fast then come to the result already! =/ I really don't like that so much, at least have the motion applied so the feeling can be stimulated!

By the way, this movie is not encouraged to be watched by children under 18! =P

Kung Fu Panda

THE SUMMARY

Po is a panda bear that dreams of being a great kung fu fighter. He idolizes The Furious Five, a group of kung fu fighters who protect the local village from all forms of evil. Po has all their action figures and posters of the group hang on his walls, but while his dreams are full of kung fu heroics, his life is actually quite boring. He works with his father in a noodle shop. While his father, a goose, is perfectly content living a life making the best noodle soup in the land, Po wants more. This dream will become a reality when the legendary master Oogway has a vision that the evil Tai Lung will return to seek vengeance against the kung fu master Shifu.

While he seems an unlikely hero, Oogway determines it is Po who will become the Dragon Warrior, the only hope for defeating Tai Lung and saving the village. This is not anticipated and Master Shifu does everything he can to discourage Po from continuing his training. The best of the Furious Five, the warrior Tigress, has been groomed for the mantle of Dragon Warrior and when she is passed over for the fat panda, Po finds his heroes offer little help when it comes to preparing for his upcoming battles. This sets in motion a story both funny and uplifting - if you are a young child.

Master Shifu has to train Po and finds his lack of kung fu discouraging. It is not until Po discovers the family secret ingredient to the noodles that he also discovers the secret of his own destiny. Is he really meant to be the Dragon Warrior?

When I watched this movie, I thought that the different of animals stayed in a valley, but I found out that the weakest animal in the entire village is those pigs, bunnies and geese only, in what appears to be a lazy animation effort..so, there are the special of characters are 'kung fu fighters' - only ones of their species in the village (tiger, mantis, viper, crane, monkey, and eventually a panda). I don't know why the animators don't do more different of animals - villagers.. But, it is good job because they do more beautiful animated landscape. :)

I am sure that everyone could laugh at the action's lovable Po.. So, Kung Fu Panda is about as good as animated features get, and for parents looking for something the whole family can enjoy! Kids can understand so easily when they follow the storyline..They also like their cute characters, especially panda.. :D It give a important lesson for the kids..The message is simple: believing in yourself is always the first step towards living up to your full potential!, meaning that if you want to make your dream become true, you must believe in yourself and take a action to achieve your dream to be reality by putting your own effort and building step by step!

Hancock

When I watched this movie, it make me surprised..o_O He can fly so fast! His flying style is more like IronMan's..but he is very strong, as Superman! The robbers want to kill him. Their bullets hit his eyes but he don't feel pain! What is he?? Who is he? Where is he coming from? No idea because he don't remember his memories since he reached L.A.. For everyone, he really is hero after he changes into nice guy! :D

I think that every hero should get their weakness, right? For example, Superman's weakness is the green mineral stone called Kryponite. Spiderman's is evil Symbiote.. He has to get one too, for sure! When you watch this movie, you will know what is that! :D

This movie is really much great than Hellboy 2: Golden Army. Hancock the jaunty, jokey riff on the screwed-up inner emotional life of a traditionally ironclad superhero becomes Hancock the icky lesson in the importance of personal responsibility, loyalty, and continued family togetherness. Also, of course making the world a better place! :)

Hellboy II : The Golden Army

Hellboy II: The Golden Army is a comic book 2008 film adaptation of the fictional Dark Horse Comics character, Hellboy. I remembered that I watched the movie "HellBoy" before, so I feel it is better than Hellboy II: The Golden Army..but, it make us to laugh more..because they looks like stupid and always take action as they like..

THE SUMMARY

A young Hellboy is told a bedtime story by his father, involving an ancient battle between humans and the mythical creatures. The tale culminates with the creation of a crown that would give its wearer control over a fierce clockwork army. The 4900 soldiers, called The Golden Army, decimated the humans so wholly, a truce was made. Humans would have the cities, while the mythical creatures would have the forests. The crown was broken into three, with two of the pieces going to the elves and the other to the humans. The Golden Army was buried and quickly became legend...

In the present, a prince Nuada wants to take over his throne from King which he killed because he wants to rule Earth by controling the Golden Army.. The mythical world starts a rebellion against humanity in order to rule the Earth, so as Hellboy and his team returns they must save the world from the rebellious creatures. The movie skillfully swerves between the workaday routine of this unlikely hero and a magical realm of goblins and trolls, where golden leaves float to the ground and a power-hungry elf named Prince Nuada plots to launch an invincible automaton army upon an unwitting mankind...I think that Prince Nuada is very skillful and can fight with the enemies like lighting fast!! :O So, I sure that he was learning the master kungfu fighting before they make this film..Hellboy will fight with Prince Nuada..Who will win? Hellboy is very strong, more like Hulk..haha.. :D

For me, the scene of action are very good , but this story is boring abit..It take 1/2 2 hours to watch the movie; Hellboy II: The Golden Army!! @_@ It make me and my eldest sis want to sleep.. zz z.. The mythical creatures are very unqiue - good masterpieces made by the talent of artists. I think that the director want to make new movie for Hellboy III again? My sister told me that she bet this movie will be continue because this story not finish? Who knows it? :P

The Incredible Hulk

THE SUMMARY

Opening with flashback when the scientist Bruce Banner volunteer to receive an experiment to revive a World War II era military bio-force enchancement research project, meaning to create "supersolider" which Bruce hismelf has to be exposed to gamma radiation. However, this experiment triggers an explosion thus resulting Elizabeth "Betty" Ross being hospitalized and Bruce becoming Hulk.

Now being on run as fugitive, Bruce staying in Brazil works in a soft drink bottling factory. At the same time, he tries to find a cure for his condition with the help of an Internet buddy named Mr. Blue. He also studies martial arts and meditative breathing technique under a Brazilian Aikido expert to help control his emotions and has not transformed into Hulk for five years.

While helping to repair some of the equipment in the factory, Bruce suffers a cut and unknownst to him, his blood drips into a soda bottle which eventually drank by an ill-fated consumer. Thus this incident leads Ross to Bruce's location and Ross sends a team included Emil Blonsky to capture him. Thanks to the hunt launched by the team for triggering his anger and transforming him into Hulk, he successfully escapes.

Bruce heads back to U.S and reunites with Betty for a day before he leaves. Unluckily when he leaves, Ross and Emil's force attacks him and then provokes him into becoming Hulk. Hulk flees with Betty who is unconscious after a helicopter he struck crashed nearby. Back to human form, Bruce travels together to New York City with Betty to meet Mr. Blue, who is Dr. Samuel Sterns at a university.

Upon meeting Dr. Samuel, they learn that Dr. Samuel has developed a possible antidote to cure Bruce's condition and yeah, they are successful! Unluckily Dr. Samuel's lab is attacked again. This time, Bruce can't escape anymore as he is shot by a tranquilizer dart from a sniper and become weakened. Bruce is wheeled out into a custody and brought into a helicopter.

Emil, who desperately wants power and power, threathens Dr. Samuel into injected Hulk's blood into his body. With the combination of the Super Solider formula, an overdosed Emil mutates into a powerful monster, "Abomination". Wishing to challenge Hulk, he rampages in middle of the city. Bruce realizes that the only one who can stop the monster is he himself as Hulk.

Jumping off from the helicopter, he crushed onto the ground then emerges as Hulk. Abomination and Hulk square off in a massive fight, until Hulk defeats Abomination by strangling him with a huge chain, then only releasing his grip after a plea from Betty. The army arrives which forced Hulk flees the scene.

31 days later, Bruce is in Bella Coola, British Columbia, attempting to initiate his transformation in a controlled manner. Meanwhile, Ross is drinking in a bar when he is approached by Tony Stark.

I think, compared to the 2003 movie; Hulk, this movie this year is better. Not like the movie Hulk, there are 2 villainous enemies - Ross and Abomination made debut in The Incredible Hulk, which makes the movie completely impressive. Like people saying, "More Villains Kept Coming, More Action Make Noise!" I like the scene where Hulk say, "Hulk...SMASH!!!" then casts "Gamma Wave" thus traps Abomination in a makeshift fissure. It shows that what is real in Hulk like in comic book! The Hulk movie was disappointing as there were not much actions shown as Hulk only threw tanks or whatever. Too boring... Oh not again, Stan Lee keep appearing in all Superhero movies. X-Men... Spiderman... Daredevil... Fantastic Four... Ironman... and now The Incredible Hulk. But don't get me wrong. I am not meant to hate him. But instead of that, we should thank him. Without him, the comic book won't published and nowadays the comic book can't be adapted to the live-action movie! To me, Stan Lee is indeed a father to all Marvel Comic Superheroes!

Heroes

Heroes is a science fiction drama television series, created by Tim Kring, which premiered on NBC on September 25, 2006. The show tells the story of several people who "thought they were like everyone else... until they realized they have incredible abilities" such as telepathy, time travel, flight and spontaneous regeneration. These people soon realize they have a role in preventing a catastrophe and saving mankind. The series emulates the writing style of American comic books with short, multi-episode story arcs that build upon a larger, more encompassing arc. Kring said "we have talked about where the show goes up to five seasons."

The Heroes Season 1 has just finished broadcasting on the channel of AXN Astro.. Feeling sad as I missed the Heroes series.. because I was in MMU on that time.. As I've heard, the Season 2 will be coming out in AXN Astro but, AXN never mention about the release date.. Then, we just have to wait for it =D This season 2 will have more mystery and intrigue is being developed. I am somehow not sure that how well the writers will be able to continue the legacy of the season 2..Hope they will doing more interesting and unique scenes for the HEROES!

HEROES SEASON ONE

Begins as a seemling ordinary group of people gradually aware that they possess own special superpower abilities. After learning what will happen near the future, the super-powered 'heroes' attempt to stop the serial killer Sylar who is believed to be the reason an explosion in New York City that would kill millions of its inhabitants.

HEROES SEASON TWO

Four months after the incident at Kirby Plaza, some of super-powered 'heroes' included a powerless Sylar have all survived the incident. Now, the main plot arc deals with the Company and its research on the Shanti virus. The 'heroes' have to ultimately come together in an attempt to stop the release of a deadly strain of the virus and avery a global pandemic.

HEROES SEASON THREE

This season will be coming out in America this September. This season plots about Sylar will be back with regained powers. THe story-line details are still unknown. We just wait and see =P Oh yeah, maybe the Season 3 will be possibly out next year as in Malaysia, the Season 2 will be coming out soon... The Season will tune in after the completion of Season 2 being broadcasted on Astro AXN or the TV channel, TV3...

The characters with extraordinary abilities. It is shown how difficult for them to live in our society, how they adapt, how they find their own ways in life.I think that this is more than X-Men but almsot same with Mutant X. This is about how to be different.. They can be good, they can be bad - they can be just normal. But sometimes you find unique ones.. :D They will save the humans in their world! They will think how and to act as the hero.. ^_^

After watching this HEROES for the first time, I started liking this series. This series is really totally different from X-Men or Mutant X. This series focuses more on the mankind unlike X-Men fighting Botherhood who have also possessed own superpower abilities or Mutant X getting rid of the 'evil' people who want to exploit those powers only. Their duties in HEROES is to protect all the mankind included powerless and innocent inhabitants.

The superpower abilities shown in this HEROES is very amazing, different from those exisiting superhero drama.. I really like to watch they using superpower abilities. Especially for Peter Petrelli's abilities, its unlike Rogue's abilities in X-Men, he is able to possess various kind of abilities he absorbed from people at any time and any will. His power is really special and unique. I like this ability. =D

Iron Man

Yesterday I went to cinema to watch the film, Iron Man with my friends... The cinema was almost full of audiences. >_<>

THE SUMMARY

The story begins with Tony Stark,a weapon inventor and designer is kidnapped by a terrorist group called the Ten Rings when he is in Afghanistan to introduce his new missile design; The Jericho to U.S Air Force. While attempting to kidnap Tony Stark, Stark was injured by some pieces of shrapnel embedded near his heart. Upon gaining consciousness, he is ordered to create a weapon and given a workshop to work on.

Instead of creating a weapon for the terrorist group, he designed a bulletproof suit of power armor to escape and free from their captive. Back in U.S, he announces his company will no longer produce weapon, which makes Obadiah Stane being furious and remove Tony Stark as CEO of the company. Stark develops an upgraded suit complete with advanced weapon and flying. In meantime, Stane steals Stark's first blueprint of the armor then builds own version to kill Stark.

Learning Stane's true intention, Stark dons the armor and eventually faces off against Stane thus defeats him with the help of his best friend, Jim Rhodes and his interest love, Pepper Potts. In the end, Stark reveal that he is indeed Iron Man despite Rhodes's advice.

Well, I never read the comic, Iron Man, so I don't know what is the difference between the comic and the live-action film.. The action scene is not so much as it rather being focused on the introduction of Iron Man being created in first time. However, when it comes to the scene where Stark has to face off against Stane, Iron Man really did a good performance which looks like a scene when a single Power Ranger has to fight with a mechanic beast... Haha, it's at least funny and entertaining rather than being disappointed. I hope the second sequel of Iron Man would be more entertaining with better storyline, extremely drastic actions and "dangerous" villains!
