Movie Review: Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief

In the 21st century, A teenager Percy Jackson discovers he's actually a demi-God, the son of Poseidon, and he is the prime suspect when Zeus' lightning is stolen. Percy must master his newfound skills in order to prevent a war between the Gods that could devastate the entire world. He and his friends embark on a cross-country adventure to catch the true lightning thief, save Percy's mom, and unravel a mystery more powerful than the gods themselves.

Do you know what is this story about the ancient Greek gods, such as Zeus, Hades, Athena, Hermes and others? Mount Olympus was the home of the Greek gods, but did you know to get there all you have to do is take an elevator secretly located inside the Empire State Building to get there? I was shocked to learn Medusa owns a stone-status shop! in New Jersey and...What?! Underground of Hell is located in Hollywood?!

When I watched the Medusa's part, it remind me to read a greek story about Perseus cut her head..With help from Athena and Hermes, who supplied him with winged sandals, Hades' cap of invisibility, a sword, and a mirrored shield, he accomplished his quest. That is why it is similar when Percy are saving his mother as his quest while he are fighting with evil monsters with a daughter of Athena and half-goat man. He also have a sword, winged shoes and gold mirror which given by a son of Hermes, Luke.

There are a magical training facility is set up in the woods for their half-human, half-god children (referred to as demigods) to learn their skills, such as they learn how to fight with used the swords, how to plan the strategy battle, etc...Like Harry Potter who learn how to use magic in the school castle... :P

But, Lotus casino in Las Vegas part is very boring. They better to use Cerberus, three-headed dog, guarded Hades' underworld when Percy and his friends visit Hades! -_- Because they use the monster dogs who guard Hades's home. Why Hades is a fire demon?! For me, he is not demon..He just is god of death who ruled the underground 'Hell'. so, it is not impressive about Hades' part. Percy and Luke always fighting in the air... O_o He is very strong when he used the magic of water.. He really need water because it can heal and power up on him!

Avatar Movie Review

The summary of story is when year of 2154 where Jake Sully, a marine, looses his legs in a battle. Jake’s twin brother who had to leave for a project on Pandora, a distant moon, dies unexpectedly and the authorities of the mission offer Jake his brother’s place as the project requires a DNA match. Jake accepts the offer just because he knows that by this he would be able to walk again on his feet and he would be able to pay off surgery expenses. Avatar is the body of tall, blue Pandora natives known as Na’vi. He travels to Pandora but Dr. Grace Augustine, head of the project, is not happy he does not want to send an inexperienced person on the most important project of her life. Na’vi detest “sky people” and calls them Earth denizens. The mission is to get vast quantities of a mineral that Na’vi has and officials want to relocate Na’vi but Jake will never ever do it and will try to take it through negotiation. Jake gets lost in the forests and a Na’vi warrior Neytiri rescues him.

Wow!! It is very great!! I want to watch this Avatar again! I also wonder how it can looks real!!! I heard that filmmaker, James Cameron has been working for 4 years!! It got alot of 3D effects that can make you go in the beautiful jungles! You will face different animals and Navi there. The Navi looks as intellagine human, but also has big catlikes eyes, tail, and blue-skinned...They are very taller than normal human! Its this vivid of the real and the imaginary, the material world and the spiritual are connected so each other! Like the vision of utopia, technology and ecology fuse. On Pandora, electrical currents flow through the root systems of the trees.

Jake Sullys can go to connect to his clone Navi when he is sleeping inside a machine.. For me, if he go into his Nav's world, it become his dream! So, it is like the roleplaying and multiplayer games, might one day lead to a profound philosophical empathy, a higher human consciousness~


The movie has a special message that how the people of Pandora rely on their ecology, their environment, trees and related things that the human race has probably neglected in its desperation for modernization.

How about you? Like it? :D I can say that this movie really are very best and successful movie! This is a MUST see for everyone! This is very creative ideas!

Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle is over!

Do you know about Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle? It is very popular anime in Japan. Many characters also involved in the Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle Anime that the CHAMP taken from Card Captor Sakura, Legal Drug, Angelic Layer, X, Chobits, Magic Knight Rayearth and Tokyo Babylon.

Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle Anime and Manga, finally be end on last month, September. I really surprised when the CHAMP decided to finish the anime,Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle so, it's great story when you start to watch anime or read this manga..But, the episodes are continue so long time.. When it's come to end, I am really don’t understand about what are Yuuko's meaning (from xXx Holic)and the memories always confuse us! @_@ All are because cloning stuffs! Syaoran and Sakura are cloned..that is why their memories are created and sometimes mix with other memories...

It is really sad and painful about Syaoran and Sakura clone because they were given a third chance at life due to some awesome loop hole and all the sacrifices made throughout the series. When a creator, Fei Wong Reed who is died, they must be dead but somewhere in another universe the clones are reborn with no past memories and we see them passing each other on the street, giving them a hope to live..I think like see them before in other manga that is related with Card Captor Sakura.

Before this come to end, I also surprised that Clone Sakura said Watanuki is same as real Syaoran! I am sure that Yuuko also knew it from the beginning when she met Watanuki in other manga (xXx Holic). The CHAMP is really smart! They make the connection between tsubasa reservoir chronicle and xXx Holic are very interesting and make us curious more about who are Watanuki and Syaoran? From beginning, I thought Watanuki and Syaoran are brothers, but they are not because their personality are different! In the truth, Watanuki is a part of real Syaoran.

When I read this manga, real Syaoran wanted to give up before Watanuki’s explanation. He was thinking about giving up his life because the clone Syaoran or real Syaoran would be too much of a price to pay.. I am really touched about Watanuki tells real Syaoran that he is happy that he was born. Even though he said “Thank you for giving birth to me” - what Watanuki really is saying “I forgive you for forcing your decisions on to other people and creating me to live a miserable life”. This is all because Fei Wong Reed wanted to bring Yuko back to life and forced Syaoran pay a price for this, that is why Watanuki is existed in other world (xXx Holic). The point is Watanuki is okay with his existence and also happy about what he live in his world and meet friends, and spirits which are very important to him.

Finally, real Syaoran and Sakura get their clones' memories inside their body. They are very sad and understand that their clones are very suffered through their jounery like 'Circle of Time', mean it never to be end for them..So, they have to do something for real syaoran and sakura with their survive of life. This is giving them to start a new life, mean real Syaoran decide to make new jounery to find what's an important of meaning in his life. Fai and Kurogane also join him..Real Sakura cannot join in, but it's really give a surprise to me!! They finally said their true name are 'Tsubasa'! Syaoran and Sakura share the SAME name. What have we learned from this entire series? That in every universe there is someone just like you that shares the same heart, soul, and name. Gender might not matter and their appearance might not be the same. So…..are Syaoran and Sakura the same person? Why they don't tell their real names in the beginning of story? O_O Maybe they hide something from..?? Why did Sakura have to hide her name all this time? Why does her family call her Sakura? This is more question which are given by the readers.. :P

I think that Sakura said "we will meet each other again". This means that CHAMP want to do new manga again? What I think about this story gives you many meaningful about what is an important life in the universal - they will meet same person in another world and share their experience in other world. For example, Sakura, Fai, Syaoran and Kuragone meet same person that they knew in another world, but same person don't know who are them, no matter same person's soul are exisited in anywhere - universal.

This story is great! Sakura and Syaoran are the teenager, sometimes different than they are kids in the Card Captor Sakura. I am to be honest.. I prefer that the Card Captor Sakura because it is very cute and fantasy. :P I will read new manga again if CHAMP do new one!

Harry Potter and Half of Blood Prince Review

Summary

In Harry Potter's sixth year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft, Harry finds a book marked mysteriously, "This book is the property of the Half Blood Prince," which helps him excel at Potions class and teaches him a few dark and dangerous ones along the way. Meanwhile, Harry is taking private lessons with Dumbledore in order to find out about Voldemort's past so they can find out what might his only weakness.


Long time I not see this movie~ but i feel that the previous movie; Harry Potter 1, 2 and 3 are better than now. After that, I not see the Harry Potter movie 4 and 5 again because I always busy with my studies. I also have the collection books - Harry Potter at my home! :D I think that it is better to read the books than watch movie because sometimes the movie have to be shorten time and separate the different scenes.


They not always use magic to fight with the evil people and it showed that less action only, so, they also used to talk alot lot..but there are an interesting scene about how to study magic in the Hogwarts school; Harry is also learning a lot from an old Potions textbook that contains clever notes from someone self-styled the "Half-Blood Prince.". And they played interesting game, Quidditch but this game don't take long time.. :(

The 6th movie isn't too scary for the kids, with a good dose of humor, relationship between friends - Love, charm , and more close with dark forces. This chapter ends with a moment of steeled resolve as Harry prepares himself to make the journey and fight his enemies..

To be honest, I am really boring because it took 2 1/2 hours long! It make me want to sleep :( Hehe..I hope that next movie will be better on next year!

Witch Hunter

Hey, it's not Japanese manga but Korean manga..and my first time to read a Korean manga. It's not so bad manga. I think it is almost equal to Japanese manga. Hmm,When I read this manga, I could know how to differentate which one is Japanese or Korean. Ah, just my instinct... XD And their omake is very hilarious until I can laugh out of my stomach. =.=

I thought Witch Hunters are comply to eliminate every and each witches. But not all. Witch Hunters are not that heartless and cruel. Just depends on how condition or situation from their encounter. As there are some good witches but they never side with evil Witches. So they can join Witch Hunters to aid Hunters.

Oh ya, I like Jack-O-Lantern. It's so cute... I thought it is like doll but it can walk, animate and fight. O.O It make the fight more interesting. Tasha and Jack-O-Lantern always make a smart tactic in fight that can surprise the enemry. Tasha always thought it is like his best friend. So they can believe in each one and even know what they would do in next.

Hikaru no Go

THE SUMMARY

Hikaru Shindo is just a normal 12 year old boy, but one day he's rumaging through his Grandfather's things to see if he can find something to sell and pulls out an old Go board. A ghostly apparation appears out of the board and tells Hikaru his sad story. His name is Sai Fujiwara, a man who was a Go instructor to the emperor of Japan a thousand years ago.

However, because of bad sportsmanship of his opponent during a game, Sai was accused of cheating and banished from the city. With no livelihood or any other reason to live, Sai commited suicide by drowning himself. Now, he haunts a Go board, and wants to accomplish the perfect Go game, called the "Hand of God" which he hopes to do through Hikaru. If Hikaru will be able to do it or not (or even wants to) will have to be seen.

Just now, I have finished reading this manga in a couple of days. Haha, actually I don't know anything related to board game such like chess or Go. Even I also dunno the rule of those game. @.@ Back to time ago, I saw my colleague reading this manga, and I was wondering whether it's interesting story. So I gave myself a chance to read. To my surprise, it's definitely an interesting story until it can beat your adrenaline out or make your heart pounding too fast or causing you sweating a lot as if you are challenged by a Go player. o.O

Even though it is an interesting story, it is also sad story where a ghost and a child are too attached to each others but it ended up by a ghost disappearing someday and a child will lose his will to play Go. This reminds me of a friend warning me that don't too attach yourself to a friend, who will know your friend will dump or betray you one day. Hahaha, it's funny. XD I do agree but only 10%.. To me, it's common as there are always a meeting and a separation everywhere. Is important that we always have to remember them in mind. =D

The character in this story are pretty awesome. With different personality and skill, the challenge in Go game become more intense yet interesting. Hikaru can meet each person and learn from the tournament then improve, sharpen or restructure his playing skill. I think it's totally different from chess. Ah, sorry I don't really know that deep about Chess. It's just my opnion :) I never try or learn Go game before. It's a rare game and kinda an ancient traditional game. Hehehe. I think playing traditional game are encouraged. In Malaysia, there are some traditional game but nowadays I rarely see people playing those. =S

Ooops, I shouldn't get off from the branch line... Hehehe, I recommend you to read this manga in OneManga or MangaFox. Throw me your rating here after you read them. ;)

Samurai Sentai Shinkenger

THE SUMMARY

For 18 generations, samurai of the Shiba House have suppressed the evil intentions of the Gedoushu, malevolent spirits that enter the world of the living from gaps between buildings and other structures from the Sanzu River. Now, the youngest head of the Shiba Clan, Takeru Shiba as Shinken Red must gather his four vassals; Ryunosuke Ikenami as Shinken Blue, Mako Shiraishi as Shinken Pink, Chiaki Tani as Shinken Green and Kotoha Hanaori as Shinken Yellow in order to battle the Gedoushu as the Shinkengers. And they later are joined by Genta Umemori as Shinken Gold who is a childhood friend of Takeru.

Before this, I was always wondering whether Toei company would produce Sentai the Samurai type in future after I watched Ninpuu Sentai Hurricanger. Now it is coming to be realized. Like Hurricanger, the Japanese culture are mostly emphasized on it. Not only that, the Gedoushu are also based on the Japanese folkore myth! O.O It's very great to see the monster designed into a creative modification after the Japanese folkore myth.

The Shinkenger are quite pleasantly entertaining as they provide comedy into their characters. They are are like children, still need attention from each one. Sometimes they do the silly or stupid thing like they want to show off their Shinkenmaru yet their skill can be troublesome! That's why it ended up by having them scolded by their Jii. I often laugh when they do like that. They may be children in their appearance but really noble at their heart when they are fighting with Gedoushu, without doubting whether their life would be at stake or not, they will fight until the end.

Honestly in my opinion, I found that the mecha as Origami are very ugly and weird. >.<" But when they are combined into Samurai, my jaws dropped down! It's so cool. The Origami can be changed into Emblem mode from Animal mode or vice versa, you see the Shinkengers are holding it. That's it which they can enlarge it using the Shinkenmaru as control sticks. Wow, I never expect that their Origami can be animated at own will. It are very cute "mini fight" when an Origami is attacking other Origami. Hehehe XD

Monster Soul

Dear Readers and Friends, Sorry for being inactive and not able to post any new entry this recent time due to stupid minor issue which I would not mention. Anyway, I am back with a new entry which you may wait for. XD

THE SUMMARY

The tale of Monster Soul takes place in the land of Elfenland where humans and monsters inhabit. The main characters are a group of monsters called the Black Airs. The Black Airs is recorded as the strongest group of the monster forces in the great war between the humans and monsters. They are Aki (Werewolf but the type is Dire Wolf, Touran (Golem and half human), James (Frankenstein) and Mamii (Mummy).

I bet you would guess who is its artwork.... Hell yeah, its Hiro Mashima who is involved in Groove Adventure Rave, Monster Hunter Orage and the on-going Fairy Tail! The art is not very much different from Fairy Tail. So it is very easy to identify or recognise whose style. XD Well, the characters are not that horrible monster. They still are the good guys, no matter how you see it. They are fighting to protect the goods from the evils. That's all only!

Ha, why Monster Soul only consisted of 2 book volumes with 7 chapters? ==" Nevermind, actually I like the characters so much. I am not sure I have mentioned about this before but anyway I have to say it once again. It reminded me of my Final Year Project which I have came up with different monster such as Mummy, Vampire, Zombie, Kuang Shi and others. It's really rare to see similiar concept in manga library. Now I found this Monster Soul and of course I really enjoyed it so much!

Monster Soul is a shounen, action adventure with a health does of silly comedy. At the certain point when they are fighting or not, they would drop a silly funny act. Like James accidently dropped his metal face off and often placed the metal face on wrong position. XD It's really causing boisterous merriment and crazy laughter among them. Not only them, I am also laughing. The most hilarious when they are fighting is that Aki - after transformation, Aki would be dozed off, too much for other friend have to carry him home.

On the Way to a Smile: Episode of Denzel

THE SUMMARY

Four years after Meteor fell on Midgar, Denzel meets with Reeve Tuesti and requests Reeve to let him join the WRO (World Regenesis Organization). Seeing his determination, Reeve asks him what his story is and why he wanted to join the WRO so he proceeds to tell Reeve about his life prior to the fall of Meteor.

His story also narrates Denzel's parents dying when the Sector 7 plate falls, living with Ruvie who is revealed to be Reeve's mother during their meeting afterwards and ultimately surviving Meteor's fall and becoming a scavenger in the ruins of Midgar before being rescued by Cloud.

This Episode of Denzel is an OVA adaption of One the Way to a Smile, a part of the novella set in between Final Fantasy VII and the featured film Final Fantasy VII : Advent Children. Ha, how to say...To put it straight forward, it shows the end results of Final Fantasy VII but this time we view it from Denzel's perspective. To me, this Episode of Denzel is rather not being a story but it is more like a philosopher's life. Even though it is so, but I feel not so bad to watch this anime!

This kid is not just a normal child as he continues striving together with his tale of love and lose. Oh gosh, he is damn serious and mature! I was kept being surprised by his tale. He is such a determined and spirited kid! He is determinded to join the WRO in order to shows that he is an independent kid and he don't want everyone to help him so often. I laughed as when their interview ends, Johnny (Tifa's old friend from Nibelheim) teases Denzel who wanna to be stronger like Cloud but ends up hurting girl's heart. Haha

X-Men Origins: Wolverine

THE SUMMARY

The story flashes backward to a boy named Thomas Logan makes a shocking discovery about his family bloodline and having Victor as his brother in process. A century later, the mutant siblings battling side by side through two world wars and Vietnam -- where they are sentenced to death for killing a commanding officer. Yet they survive and they are invited by Major William Stryker to join a top-secret government task force.

When their targets begin to involve innocent civilians, conscientious Logan decides to leave this task force and builds a home in the Canadian Rockies with Kayla Silverfox. Informed by Stryker that the members of his old team are targeted for death, Logan then is heartbroken when Kayla is killed by Victor. Vowing revenge, Logan undergoes an operation to reinforce his skeleton with adamantium, a virtually indestructible metal to defeat Victor.

Subsequently betrayed by Stryker, Logan sets out to find Victor and stop the cycle of violence once and for all. Along the way, he is joined by fellow mutants John Wraith and Remy LeBeau. But before Wolverine can seek vengeance against Stryker and Victor, he will have to do battle Deadpool, a formidable mutant instilled with many powers. With Victor's help, he overcomes Deadpool and slash him to death. In the end, Logan is shot in his head by Stryker, losing all his memory.

Wolverine finally returns for his own origin story. ^^ Compared to the X-Men trilogy, he looks so physically different. Seems like he lost weight so much or am I just imagining? XD According to Wikipedia, he is said to being underwent a high intensity weight training regimen to bulk up for his role, changed the program to shock the body into change and also performed cardiovascular workouts. No wonders it's so obvious to see the difference of Wolverine's in films.

Hmm, what I like about this movie mostly is the mutants. Ah, I mean the actors and actresses do portrayed the mutants very well. Not like the X-Men trilogy, the mutants can perform their power very better and effective, especially in the combat during the invasion of the headquarters of a diamond trafficking operation in Nigeria. Their actions could beat my adrenaline to full factor satisfaction. I was such amazed by their way of combat. Yet, the outcome was very great beyound my prediction.

Hey people, it is not like the boring X-Men trilogy, you ought to give it a chance to watch this movie yourself!

Tales of the Abyss

Arrgghhh, the game Tales of the Abyss has been adapted into anime by Bandai Visual, Namco and Sunrise Animation Studios! I know about this adaption news from a local magazine and couldn't wait to watch. Now my dream is realized finally...and I bought this DVD. =D Nah, I just want to know whether the story is same as the game's story or not. Oh, the story has slightly altered. The outcome is still the same. ;)

Anyway, although the story has slightly altered, yet I found this storyline is much more interesting compared to the original story. This story shows more tantalizing romance, amazing fantasy and stunning fighting action, making all into dazzling one that you never seen before. Some scenes cannot be shown in the game, now it make more clearer with its story flowing. And yeah, I understand its storyline much better. But the ending is very sorrowful yet touching, made I almost cried...

Some more, the animation is very perfect. Why is it so? They emphasize some certain fighting technique. Not only sword versus sword like the plain fight you see in war, they varies different weapon used in combat battle. Beside that, anime has included quite many monsters, make its more interesting. Oh ya, the most amusing thing is Anise's tokunaga. In the game, I never can see how could she manipulate her tokunage such as enlarging the tokunaga.

You better to buy and watch this anime. Who will know it would meet your liking! =P

Final Fantasy VII: Dirge of Cerberus

THE SUMMARY

The game begins with a flashback to the ending of Final Fantasy VII. As Meteor looms overhead, Yuffie and Vincent are in Midgar helping with the evacuation. Vincent tells Yuffie to check the Mako Cannon. She does so, and the device she is using finds a single person still alive there. Despite Yuffie's protests, Vincent ascends the Cannon to the firing controls to find the slumped body of Hojo. Vincent trains his triple-barreled handgun, Cerberus, on him but, just as he is about to fire, an explosion blows Hojo's body away and causes the tower to start crumbling. Vincent is narrowly rescued by Yuffie on a hovercraft, after which they rendez-vous with Cloud and the others.

Three years later, Vincent is actually sitting alone in a hotel room in Kalm, where a celebration is taking place to commemorate the three-year anniversary of Meteorfall. A nearby television shows a news report about a recently uncovered entrance to an unknown part of the Shinra complex deep underground, where it is rumored a force of soldiers more powerful than SOLDIER were created... Will Vincent and his friends will save this world?

Final Fantasy VII: Dirge of Cerberus is not an RPG game.. You will play as "shooter" and use the clunky dual analog controls, and shoulder buttons are used for shooting, buying the items and pick the weapon..This game have amazing 3D graphics with innovative and fun gameplay, a captivating story and interesting characters! It is alike Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children movie that we used to watch before.

I don't know why they chose Vincent Valentine as main character for this game. I think that a lot of Final Fantasy VII fans liked their favorite' character, Vincent Valentine? He is very mysterious guy so, we don't know about him since we play the old game, Final Fantasy VII... His background was shrouded in mystery and what little was revealed was a tale of love lost, human suffering, and bizarre altercations to his physical and mental state.. That is why they really want to see Vincent's story~!

I saw a lot of characters return from the original game for helping Vincent Valentine to fight Professor Hojo..but, I am sad about Red XIII not appear in the battle, but he is with Shelke Rui at the ending only... We also see Lucrecia Crescent's role in the overall story, which related with Vincent Valentine in his past time. We will know about why Lucrecia give birth her babby, "Sephiroth" and what happened between Lucrecia and Vincent.. I feel pity because Lucrecia and Vincent love each other but, they cannot to be together because Lucrecia turn down on him? You will know about what happened to them when you play this game! :D

In the gameplay, he looks "cool" in every chapther! Mostly, Reeve and Yuffie always with Vincent since the enemies attacked Reeve's top secret places... It make me confused! @_@ It always make me looking in the wrong direction of where I should be shooting! It was difficult to turn quickly and face targets, especially bosses who move very quickly! I hate it! Worst, he don't carry more potions and bullets! I have to find a shop to buy many potions while I fight with big boss! :( But, there are some equipment and weapon styles: Different guns, barrels, scopes, attachments, and even Materia (magic). It depends on your decision to equip/upgrade your own into the powerful weapon but, you need more gils! You have to kill the enemies so you can get more Gils..it is not easy! Haha! Limit Breaks are treated as items, and can only be used after short time.. :P I not always use Limit Breaks because it is 'fighting', not shoot enemies.. It is waste time because the enemies always move so fast! When it come to final chapter, I easy to kill enemies and Omega Weapon..Haha! I just continue to bang bang Omega Weapon until it killed so easily..O_o than other chapters- big bosses... So, it is not bad..Haha.

We will see our favorite characters remade with such amazing graphics at the ending story..It is very beautiful story.. :) Before you start this game, I suggest you better to learn the tutorial: how to shoot, equip weapon, jump and etc.. Because it don't have tutorials when you start a story.. Don't worry, you can select the tutorials before you continue story on anytime.. :)

Saint Seiya : The Lost Canvas

THE SUMMARY

The Lost Canvas unfolds the story of the previous Holy War, taking place in the 18th century, 250 years before the original series, in the Saint Seiya universe.

During the Holy War, Athena's Saints fights against the Specters from Hades. One day, Gold Saint Libra Dohko is impressed by Tenma 's ability to use the cosmos when Dohko finds him, he asks Tenma to attend the Sanctuary in Greece to become Athena's Saint.

There, he finds Sasha who is revealed to be Athena's reincarnation. She is also Alone's sister and Tenma's childhood friend from an orphanage from Italy. By that time he meets her, he fails to protect Sasha from Worm Raimi and it causes him to become more determined. As promised, he become Pegasus Bronze Saint after only 2 years.

During the next two years while Tenma is away for the Holy War, Alone encounters Pandora who recognizes him as Hades's reincarnation. Upon discovering who he is under the influence of Hypnos and Pandora, he is ready to gather his Specters and starts launching the war against Athena. His identity is soon discovered by Tenma and Sasha.

What will happen upon their discovery on Hades's identity? Sasha who wishes to live with Tenma and Alone again like the time they were in the orphanage... Tenma who wishes to save Alone, even if he must injure him for that.

Remember I wrote about the original Saint Seiya in very first previous entry? Here's another sequel to the original one...Ooops, I should say it is pre-sequel as it happened 25o years ago before the original one. So, mostly of the characters in the original Saint Seiya are the reincarnation from The Lost Canvas. Plus there are many new characters are introduced such like Crane Yuzuriha, Altar Hakurei (Elder Jamir) and some from Hades's.

I really pity on those characters - Tenma, Alone and Sasha. Unlike the original Saint Saint, Sasha, Alone and Tenma had a special bond. Sasha is the sister to Alone while Tenma and Alone are best friends. But Alone eventually become Hades, their arch-enemy. Sure they are suffering because they have to fight against Hades in order to protect their world but in their heart, they are resistant to do so.

Monster Hunter Orage

THE SUMMARY

The story takes place in a fictional world which is full of monsters and adventurers called Monster Hunters, who as their name implies, hunts these monsters.

The plot revolves around a young Monster Hunter named Shiki Ryuuhou whom was taken in as an apprentice to a Monster Hunter named Gurelli as a child. A few years after Gurelli's death, which was due to a gunpowder incident, he comes back to his master's residence, Akamaaya Town, to join the guild there.

In that guild, he meets a girl called Irie Jescar and after a series of events, he finds that she is the daugther of his master. From this point onwards, they form a party to find the legendary Miogaruna, which was Gurelli's life-long ambition.

Wow, it is finally completed manga with only 14 chapters. -__- Only 14 chapters!!! Haha, it's another one of Hiro Mashima's masterpiece. Remember the manga "The Groove Adventure Rave" and "Fairy Tail"? That is him! It's very easy to recognize his illustration style! All masterpieces are almost similiar. XD

This story reminds me of Final Fantasy XII. Similiar to Final Fantasy XII, the Monster Hunter have to kill certain monster to get the loot in order to upgrade their weapon or something else.In Final Fantasy XII, they kill the monsters then sell to Bazaar to get the rare weapons or items.

To my surprise, this story is based on Capcom's game Monster Hunter. o.O I seriously don't know about it. I just learnt about it from Wikipedia. It is said for being widely popular in Japan and being the best selling PSP game. No wonder why they wanted to make it for a manga adaption. I feel this story is very great but too bad, the story has ended so fast!

Speaking of which, Shiki wields the twin swords and his attacks are based on wind element. It is the first time, I saw a character is able to utilize the swords based on the wind element. I never see any character using such this ability in other manga or game. It made me very amazed and stunned.

I recommend you ought to give it a try by reading Onemanga : Monster Hunter Orage or MangaFox : Monster Hunter Orage. Enjoy ya...

The Tale of Despereaux

THE SUMMARY

Desperaux Tilling (Matthew Broderick) is a kind of mouse you wouldn't mind having at home. Desperaux loves light, admires beauty and adores the princess, which makes him the odd one out. From the rat-infested dungeons, Desperaux must make his way up to the glittering castle above. Will his quest too big for a small fellow like him? "Despereaux" is a typical fairy tale with the usual happily-ever-after ending!

Beyond the world of humans, what lies beneath their feet are two rather big communities of mice and rats. The mice get to live in a better environment with plenty of food and a very systematic way of living, while the rats live in a dark, secluded and filthy place.

Wow, this story is happened between human and rats/mouses only. Weird, they love to eat soup so they respect and enjoy to celebrate the soup festival. Pity a rat because many people thinks it as dirty...They want to kill it because king never forgive the rats! But, it also involved with mouse's world. I surprised about mouses stay in the holes of buliding but the rats also stay in the underground! The mouses give a warning about don't go deep to the underground.. For them, who is guilty or evil that will catch by the police mouses..They will kick out a mouse into the underground and never return to their world again.. Funny, the police mouses are very scare of a rat! HAHA!

Cute? he is baby with big ears! I believe that a little mouse will appear as a great big hero! — a wonderful moral for any children’s book. The story he reads is a fairy tale about a sad princess and a brave knight, an adventure that periodically springs to expressive life because Despereaux never heard about 'brave', he visualizes it so we can see it too. That is why he always love to do challenges in his life..

About Despereaux try to fly with used his both ears, it make me remember the Disney: Dumbo Movie since we kids used to watch this movie! It is very cute and funny! XD The message is honesty, sympathy, courage and forgiveness are the keys to lead you live happily! That is why the human learn their lesson; forgive what others doing their mistake and learn about the positive thinking.. For me, it is very suitable for the children and teenagers! :)

Bedtime Stories

THE SUMMARY

Adam Sandler decides to reach out to the children this holiday season when his character Skeeter Bronson babysits his niece and nephew, so he finds the only way to connect with the kids, and get them to go to sleep, is by telling them bedtime stories He later learns that whatever details the kids add to the story become reality in his own life.

This movie makes the different of scenes in every story – full of chivalrous knights, honorable cowboys, and slimy space monsters that make the kids feel magical. It make us still laugh out because this stories are very funny! The movie is also great at incorporating that classic Disney magic feeling, which you never think you’ll see in a Sandler comedy. The movie has your classic Disney elements, character gets something magic, character has conflict, happy ending with plenty of magic, and happiness. When you make a story, you can mix the fantasy into your reality story, then it become your bedtime story! XD

I was surprised when a guinea pig, Bugsy have big eyes!! O_O appeared in the movie. It is funny pet because it can do exercise, ring a bell when it want to sleep..and love to eat lot foods! Bugsy is clever? :P It always show up his big eyes on many times, that make us laugh.. :P

This will probably be a good family movie. There are a nice message about a family can spend time putting together something so they can enjoy with the kids. Not an instant classic, but the bedtime stories here will grow on you, so you never forget what message the parents left you when you will be adult!

Saiunkoku Monogatari

THE SUMMARY

Kou Shuurei's dream has always been to become a government official, but to do so she must take the Imperial Examinations, which women are not allowed to do. To compensate, she works at a temple teaching children in order to pass her dream on to those who can do what she cannot. Shuurei was born into a noble familly, but she and her father, who live together with their adopted son, Seiran, are very poor. Seiran wants to be Shuurei's body guard because he wants to protect Shuurei..The house is in disrepare and Shuurei must work odd jobs to make ends meet, while her father holds a position as a librarian to the Imperial Palace, a job that is very presigious but pays very little.

Shuurei is very hard working and always does her best at both house hold chores and her many jobs, but she can be a bit of a workaholic sometimes and when she gets into something she never stops working to get the job done.

Shuurei's whole world s turned upside down, however, when she recieves a request to come and work at the Imperial Palace as the temporary consort and tutor to the young Emporer, Shi Ryuuki, who shows a very promenent distaste for the kingdom and seems to be especially dull-witted. Shuurei, with a bit of pushing and prodding, as well as some good advice and a very strong will, manages to get the Emporer to learn at least a little, but he might not be as thick-skulled as he seems. And maybe he sees more in Shuurei than he should, and therefore may be just the person to make her dreams come true...

I love this anime because it is an interesting when Shuurei try to take the exam, but she faces lot challenges from the greedy, evils, and inresponbility officers in the palace..So, it is not easy for her.. They always turn down on her because she is woman.. But, she is lucky because she get her friends who support her, especially the emporer Ryuuki. He cannot help her in the front of the officer because he is aware of his status as important 'emporer'. I think that they always love each other in their secret.. lol.. Funny,Shuurei thought that Seiran and Ryuuki are gay since beginning.. Maybe Seiran fell love on Shuurei so early since he is kid who adopted by Shuurei's parent..That is why he still want to follow her go to where.. Ryuuki cannot follow her and put his trust on Seiran and his friends when she gets the mission at outside..

This is very great! I finished to watch the season 1 and 2 ;Saiunkoku Monogatari. It still not yet complete, so it will continue to new season 3.. I will buy this anime when its complete! ^ ^

I know that it is not easy for Shuurei to choose Ryuuki or Seiran because she still love both!! :D

Better to buy new anime DVD or enjoy to read the manga Sainukoku Monogatari!
